The BARAKA brand from Bio Extracts is the first herbal products brand to be recognized by theGANNA APE DE program. The Mawbima Lanka Foundation awarded Baraka the right to use the Ganne Ape De logo in recognition of being a truly Sri Lankan Brand. The Mawbima Lanka Padanama is an organization legally formed to build and support local entrepreneurs and brands in their bid to reach the top slot locally in global markets.
The Soorya Sinha Certification presentation ceremony was graced by His Excellency the President of Sri Lanka, Mahinda Rajapakshe. His Excellency the president awarded the certification to Mr. Reza Bahardeen - CEO of Bio Extracts (Pvt) Ltd. This certification was awarded to those companies who have contributed their best resources to strengthen and drive the economy of our country and to those local entrepreneurs whose dynamic brands have challenged global multi-national competitors by offering world-class quality and promise.
